The inner windshield frame is NOS. That is the hard part to find.
The outer windshield frame is functional but a little weak.
One can make an outer windshield frame from a standard frame.
I have done this outer frame conversion in the past
and it is relatively straightforward
I have an extra standard frame that I can supply with the Jeep
